                  Yuman Sun

A GOTRIbal athlete reported it first to the TRIbe. A man in her cycling group that morning had been hit during their ride.

He was an avid cyclist.  Just 37 years young, and the president of the Yuma Bike Club. He worked at the Yuma Sun and played an integral role in organizing Yuma's premier biking event, the North End Classic.

He was on an early morning ride with 15 others when a car passed a tractor on the opposite side of the road and injured two of the cyclists, and killing Doug Flynn.

Doug leaves three children, one child just born a month ago, and his wife behind.
