Indoors walking track

Indoors walking tracks allow an escape from the weather while getting a good workout.  While many people enjoy mall walking in bad weather, an indoors track allows you to pump up the speed without seeming out of place.  You can stroll, speed walk, racewalk, jog or run.  Showers and lockers are usually available to freshening up.  Benefits and Drawbacks of Indoor Walking Tracks
