WHAT: Kids yoga series
WHEN: Sundays, starting October 4 (through December 13), 2-2:45 p.m.
WHERE: Sowing Seeds, 540 President St. (between 3rd and 4th Avenues)
COST: $200 full series, $20 one-time trial
Asana Alphabet brings kids yoga to many places in the city, and now Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood will have the opportunity to sign up for a fall series.

Breathe like a balloon, salute the sun and hang upside down like a bat. Group games, partner yoga, meditation and relaxation make this yoga for kids class the cure for the Sunday blues. The class will be a noncompetitive setting where children can be themselves while learning how to live a healthy life. A waiting room for parents will be provided so they can enjoy their time off too.
