Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa was temporarily ordered to stop the production of his 'mockumentary' film called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story." On November 9, 2009, a judge in California sided with Lopez and issued a temporary restraining order that forbids Noa to continue with the film and also bars him from releasing footage from the former couple's 1997 honeymoon. Noa, a former waiter and model, said the footage of Lopez in the film is not sexual. He alleged that Lopez doesn't want him to be successful and vowed to fight the order.

Lopez claims that Noa breached a confidentiality agreement and is now suing him for $10 million. The 11-hours of footage allegedly used in the mock-documentary "How I Married Jennifer Lopez" was recorded during their honeymoon. The New York Post reported that the footage includes: "A sizzling scene of Lopez checking herself out in front of a bathroom mirror, clad only in a bra and panties; Lopez, wearing skimpy underwear, being spanked in bed by Noa and an immodest J.Lo jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no underwear."
Background on the Ojani Noa and Jennifer Lopez Case
Ojani Noa was Lopez's first husband, he's a former waiter and model. The two were married between 1997 and 1998. In the past, Noa has blamed his career failures on their divorce and alleged that she cheated during their short marriage.
In 2006 Noa was planning on writing a tell-all book about Lopez but a 2007 court injunction put an end to his plans. Noa even alleged that Lopez was using voodoo against him. Noa was ordered to refrain from "licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa’s relationship with Lopez."
In October 2009, Lopez's lawyer John Lavely referred to the 2007 injunction in the cease and desist letter. He wrote that the film was a "blatant and malicious violation" of Ms. Lopez's rights and was a violation of the earlier court injunction.
