First time home buyers again showed their strong presence in the market place as data released from NAR, National Association of Realtors, saw a 6.1% rise in existing home sales in September of 2009. In Colorado and other western states, home sales in September 2009 were up 10.2% over August 2009.

The days on market indicator was pretty reasonable for all but one property that closed this week and that to me is good news on the home-selling front.
