So good in fact are the blow outs, a pianist living above the salon is murdered.  You could be next- if dying by laughter was a medical diagnosis.  It's "Shear Madness," a comedy whodunit that is the Guinness World Records'  1st, 2nd, and 3rd longest running play in American theatrical history.

Already seen by millions of people in cities like Boston, and Washington D.C., as well as international audiences in Spain, Greece, and Korea, "Shear Madness" opens in a custom built, 300-seat theater January 9, 2008 at Town Square.

The two-hour show is set in present day Las Vegas and invites audiences to actively involve themselves in the detective work.   "The show always involves a bit of local flavor, no matter where we peform," said Terrence Williams, executive producer of Shear Madness Las Vegas.

The results? A raucous comedy murder mystery that is never the same.  It is also the first comedy club in the valley not associated  with a hotel-casino, university, or community theatre group.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  Tickets are $20 to $79.95.  Production is appropriate for all ages.  Please visit their website for more information.

Town Square Las Vegas is located at 6587 S. Las Vegas Blvd.  Reserve tickets online.  Click here for seating chart.
