Everyone is on a budget for the holidays, more so than last year. So this year I've been making a lot of the gifts I'll be giving in order to save a little money. Most of the gifts will be made with photos. Everyone likes photos of loved ones, especially the ones who live out of state. Whether it be a photo in a frame or a scrapbook you worked on for weeks I'm sure whoever you give it to will love it.
One gift I have put together are small scrapbooks I found on clearance at Michael's crafts in the Jordan Landing. I got three kits for $5 each. They came with everything I needed to put them together, I just added the pictures. I even had leftover supplies I can use for another project if I want.
Another is a photo calendar from Wal-mart. You can make them on their web site and have them ship it to whom you want to give it to. It's simple to use just pick a layout and upload your photos. You can arrange them your self or have the site put them in for you. The smallest size is just under $20.
These are just two of the photo craft gifts I'll be giving this year to friends and family. The best gifts are the ones you make and they help you stay on budget.
