   DiBella's has an old-fashioned decor.

LATHAM, NY -- DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines is coming to the Capital Region.

The Rochester-based chain has announced a spring target date for construction of an 85-seat shop at 694 Troy-Schenectady Road in Latham, Albany County, adjacent to the Chipotle Mexican Grill that just opened this week.

Owner Joseph DiBella has 15 shops, in Rochester, Buffalo, Cleveland and Ann Arbor, MI. One is under construction in Strongsville, OH. and he has said he plans more in the Capital Region in as yet unspecified locations.

The chain has 15 locations, including seven in Rochester, three in Buffalo, two in Pittsburgh, two in Cleveland, and one in Ann Arbor, Mich. Another is being built in Strongsville, Ohio.
