Julie loves to cook, travel, and explore. At a very young age she began spending time with her grandmother learning the lore of the Italian kitchen; it was the start of a lifetime's fascination with food. When other people go abroad they visit museums; Julie flocks to grocery stores. Having traveled far and wide enjoying the stories behind other food cultures, Julie has come home to learn some of the most intriguing stories are to be found in our own back yard.
