Thick Woman (Buffie the Body)

In Part 3 I will properly & accurately define what Thick is. As well as speak on the thick women & Muscular women.

First off let's just tick off a few htings that apparently have been considered thick but are not.

Big Belly doesn't not constitute THICK at all. If you have a large stomach & waste YOU ARE FAT No exceptions.

Kankles are not an attribute to a thick girl. Once you have a full & complete understanding of what THICK is you'll realize that that is just another fat chick who has a lot of fat in her legs. But by no means is she thick.

A big butt is not always a good thing & doesn't always mean a girl is thick. Too many guys make the mistake of being waaay to superficial & shallow. "Oh she got a big ol' butt" "She gotta nice fat ***" and more disrespectful phrases used to describe another fat girl. They put all the emphasis on her backside & overlook her big belly, roles, stretch marks, kankles etc. And some big butts look out right nasty(CELLULITE) but too many black men have been conditioned to see "BIGGER is BETTER". Not always.

So ladies & gentlemen what is TRUE THICKNESS? What is Thick & what isn't Thick? Well look closely at the pic above & you'll see clearly.

Thick : (as in female body shape), a very shapely slim woman, a slim woman who has massive extremities; as in big thighs, wide hips, nice breasts & a large butt. While the rest of her body retains a slim athletic tone to it.

Thicker skin, Thicker fat Layers, Decent muscle tone, denser skeleton

Example : a woman is 5'5' Tall & weighs 130 lbs. Measures 32, 25, 36; she gains 20 lbs & then her measurements are 35, 25, 42. As in she gains weight almost exclusively in certain areas of her body. So not only retaining her curves but increasing them. This truly is an example of a slim woman becoming thick.

ALL OTHER DEFINITIONS OF THICK ARE USED BY FAT GIRLS AND CHUBBY CHASERS LIVING IN DENIAL!!!

Swole Woman (Monique Jones)

Muscular women are very straight forward to explain. They are women who have gone to the gym, eat a certain way & do enough cardio to gain massive amounts of muscle.

Paper thin skin, almost not fat to speak of, very large, dense, full muscle, very dense heavy bones.

They're very dense, obviously very strong & can be nice looking. Although it depends on what they're trying to do. Many of these type of women take it a bit too far & end up losing a lot of femininity (IMO) but then there are others who some how get bigger & stay cut yet retain relatively high level of femininity & are still very attractive just like the one in the pic to the right.(again IMO)

But it also depends on the type of guy you are. A lot of men I secretly become very defensive or kind of awkward in response to many muscular women. Rude comments like "maybe she's gay" "she looks like a man". Very immature silly comments. Then there are others who adore them. Then there are others who like them as long as they don't go overboard. Or the guys that like the fitness models more then the bodybuilders. Compare woman on right to Cassandra Floyd, Kathy Johanson or Natalie Benson.(fitness models) All are muscular but no where near as big as Monique.(bodybuilder) To each their own.

But even if you don't like these type of black women(or any muscular woman) you've got to respect the time & dedication & discipline it takes to get the human body in that state.

Thick Examples : Buffie the Body, Angel Love Lola, J Lo, Elke the stallion, Esther Baxter, Ki Toy Johnson

Muscular Examples : Monique Jones, Tatianna Butler, Monique Hayes, Lesa Lewis, Heather Foster, Lenda Murray
