Denver/Aurora Is Tops In Teen Drunk Driving Deaths
POSTED May 9, 6:58 AM
According to an interesting study by Allstate, Denver/Aurora ranks way down the list on the 100 worst cities for teen traffic deaths.

We are 60th out of 100.

But as they say, the devil is in the details.

When you dive deeper into the facts in Allstate’s “America's Teen Driving Hotspots” study, you see something that is very disturbing. Denver/Aurora is the absolute WORST place for a teen to drive because they are drinking and drugging and driving and crashing and dying more in our area than in any other place in the country. According to Allstate, alcohol was a factor in over 21 percent of fatal teen accidents in Denver/Aurora and drugs contributed to 10 percent of them.

We are doing a great job getting the message across to our teens, aren't we?
