Governor Kaine denies DC Sniper's appeal for stay

DC Sniper will be executed today
The convicted DC sniper, John Muhummad has had his future sealed for tonight's execution. His one last lingering chance for clemency was if Virginia's governor, Kaine, allowed an appeal to consider cancelling or postponing tonight's execution.
However, like the Supreme Court, Kaine did not find that the appeal indicated a possibility of innocence or never-before-seen evidence. Read more HERE.
