To stimulate sales on eBay the site is offering a reduced insertion fees for auction style listings in select collectables categories including: Art, Antiques, Collectibles, Dolls & Bears, Pottery & Glass, Stamps and Toys & Hobbies.

Items listed, using the auction style format, in the selected categories will receive up to 50% off the insertion fee that a seller is charged.

Not all sellers are eligible.  To qualify for this promotion a seller must meet the following requirements:.  According to eBay:

All sellers who have a 12-month Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all DSR criteria will be eligible for this 50% off Insertion Fees promotion for each item listed during the Promotional Period. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 12 months. To see your DSR ratings, go to your Seller Dashboard within My eBay. For more information on DSRs, click here.
