St. Augustine main library offering informative, free flu seminar.

The St. Johns County Public Library System is partnering with Bayview to present the second part of their "Wealth of Health Information Series" on the flu.
The seminar is entitled: The Flu & You and will be given at the Main Branch Library on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 2 pm.
The main library is located off US1 South/Ponce de Leon Blvd., within the St. Augustine city limits.
In an effort to help provide valuable information on flu-related issues, the seminar is designed to inform residents about both prevention and detection.
Seminar presenters will discuss:
- early warning signs of flu,
- high risk groups, and
- ways to protect your health, including the Center for Disease Control's "Take 3" Steps! process.
