The St. Johns County Public Library System is partnering with Bayview to present the second part of their "Wealth of Health Information Series" on the flu.

The seminar is entitled: The Flu & You and will be given at the Main Branch Library on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 2 pm.

The main library is located off US1 South/Ponce de Leon Blvd., within the St. Augustine city limits.

In an effort to help provide valuable information on flu-related issues, the seminar is designed to inform residents about both prevention and detection.

Seminar presenters will discuss:

  • early warning signs of flu,
  • high risk groups, and
  • ways to protect your health, including the Center for Disease Control's "Take 3" Steps! process.

For additional information on the series, contact the library directly at: (904) 827-6940 or by visiting their website at:http://www.sjcpls.org/.
