The A-frame walk is perfect exercise to improve low back and hamstring flexibility while improving core strength. Its tougher than it looks!  Also, it is a great exercise for sport-specific conditioning, especially skiing, golf, and running.  Suitable for the intermediate and advanced exerciser; please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise.
