The exercise of the week is the "Dot Drill,"  which improves balance, agility and coordination.  The dot drill is an excellent exercise for ski/snowboard conditioning. This can be done at home or at the gym, just make sure you are on a flat, clean surface and wearing proper footwear.  Do this exercise 2-3 times a week, 1-3 sets.
