If your back is feeling tight, use a stability ball as showed below to stretch all the back muscles, and in particular the low back.  Roll forward on the ball until you feel the stretch.  Hold for 20-30 seconds.  * If you have a back injury or chronic back pain, consult your physician before trying this exercise.
