Generation Next is an annual event where chosen finalists compete for an O'Neill internship. They work with both the O'Neill design team and art department to create their very own creative and cohesive collection. The aspiring designers also work alongside their mentors to develop their individual logos, while learning about branding and marketing. Check out the five finalists and what they have been up to.
The event will be held in Laguna Beach, but this Friday you can watch O'Neill's live webcast of the fashion show and vote here.
