What: The Fannie Mae 22nd annual Help the Homeless Walkathon
When: Saturday, November 21, 2009; registration opens at 7:00AM and the walk starts at 9:00AM
Where: National Mall between 7th and 14th Streets, Washington, D.C.

Fannie Mae is hosting the 22nd annual Help the Homeless Walkathon on November 21st; their Help the Homeless program raises awareness about DC's homeless population and supports organizations that strive to prevent homelessness. The Help the Homless walkathon provides several ways you can help your favorite DC homeless population focused nonprofit . You can sign-up to walk and choose a beneficiary organization to donate your registration fee to.  You can also donate to any beneficary organization online even if you're not walking or volunteer the day of the race.
