Wolfgang's Vault has uploaded a 1974 concert by Bob Dylan and The Band on it’s website. It is one of this week's featured performances. Also included are a 1963 Ramblin' Jack Elliot concert, 1975 benefit concert, which featured Neil Young and members of The Band along with Dylan who, unfortunately, cannot be heard.  Two hours of Dylan cover versions are also featured.  Performers include Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison, Bryan Ferry, and the Jerry Garcia Band.

The 1974 concert appears to be from the February 14 afternoon show, at the Forum in Los Angeles. It features almost the entire two-hour concert. It is missing the opening song, “Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I’ll Go Mine)”, which was not recorded, based on information given on the Wolfgang's Vault page summary.  According to Olaf, “Ballad Of A Thin Man”, “All Along The Watchtower”, “Like A Rolling Stone”, and part of “Blowin’ In The Wind” were released on the 1974 live double-album, “Before The Flood”.

This recording was from the last day of the six-week tour. The first set can be heard here, and the second set can be heard here. A free registration is required.

“Tour ‘74” was Dylan’s first full-length tour since 1966, when he was also backed by The Band, when they were  known as “The Hawks”. Dylan insisted the tour not be filmed. Bill Graham  (of Fillmore East and West fame) was the promoter.

This marked the beginning of an incredibly creative period for Dylan. Over the next few years, he released a string of top-selling albums, including “Planet Waves”, “Blood On The Tracks”, and “Desire”.

In the fall of 1975, Bob Dylan started the Rolling Thunder Review, with Joan Baez, Roger McGuinn, Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, Mick Ronson, and others, including occasional guests like Joni Mitchell. The tour eventually led to a television special and soundtrack (“Hard Rain”), and a movie (“Renaldo & Clara”).
Wolfgang’s Vault currently has five partial recordings of the tour on-line. All of Dylan’s performances are excluded.
