Seattle Beer Examiner
Chris Devlin moved to Seattle from San Francisco in 2005. After a year of whining about the weather, he discovered the city's beer community. He's been drinking and blogging about it ever since. Some say he's obsessed with beer. He did try 375 beers in 2007 and spends all his vacation time on beer travels. You can find more of his writing at The Beer Retard.

Celebrate The Arrival of Two Beers Brewing

May 16, 2:50 PM
by Chris Devlin, Seattle Beer Examiner

If you don't get sunstroke from Saturday's heat wave, why not spend your Sunday afternoon meeting one of Seattle's newest craft breweries, Two Beers Brewing. From 3-10 pm, the brewery will be having a party at the Park Pub in Phinney Ridge. Owner/Brewmaster Joel VandenBrink will offer up pints of his Immersion Amber Ale, 20:20 Blonde Ale and Crooked Belgian Wit. There's also the chance of a sneak peak of another beer--the Echo IPA, perhaps?

Along with the beer, there will be door prizes, an outdoor barbeque and Two Beers merchandise for sale. Also, for each pint sold, VandenBrink and the owners of the Park Pub have decided to donate $1 to recovery homes for alcoholics. Enjoy the weekend and drink local!
