The 17th annual Mid-Atlantic Reptile Show (MARS) is September 19-20 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 4-H Hall, 2200 York Rd. in Timonium.

Show proceeds are donated to purchase and protect rainforest and critical habitats.

Caging, supplies, feeder insects and rodents, books and more can be found at the reptile show. Seminars on a variety of topics run throughout the weekend and displays for kids will help keep everyone entertained.

A weekend pass is $13 adults, one-day pass (Saturday or Sunday) is $9 adults;
