4. Consume alcohol in moderate amounts (should you choose to drink). Alcohol has some health effects but only when consumed in moderate amounts. The potential health effects are reversed when consumed in large quantities.
5. Never smoke. Smoking increases the risk of cancer greatly, while also increasing blood pressure, placing you at risk of heart disease.
