So you are feeling lethargic and your jeans don't fit well... what to do? Does it appear as though you have tried every diet and fitness program that is out there and maybe it worked for the first few weeks, but then you gave up because you just couldn't live that way for the rest of your life. You can start right now and be a size smaller by the end of the week. You have to start incorporating the right foods into your life and toning exercises throughout the day. Drink a glass of fresh water every hour on the hour - that's the best way to jump start your metabolism. Instead of fixing yourself a sandwich for lunch, pack up ham or turkey slices and roll them inside of your favorite cheese. Add lettuce wraps as well.

Eliminate all processed foods and foods that contain hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated oils. We are so programmed to have a starch with every meal that we don't realize that you will never crave it again if you eat the right foods. Another tip - You have to eat several mini meals every day instead of the heavy lunch and dinner. How about replacing the flour, pasta and rice with delicious nuts and fruit? How about being able to eat delicious dark chocolate and drinking decaf coffee as a snack? Lindt has great dark chocolate at 90% that is made of only pure ingredients. The higher the percentage, the less fillers that your chocolate will have.
