Joe Jackson is looking for money from Michael Jackson's estate

November 7, 2009 - According to court records, the father of famous entertainer, Michael Jackson, is looking for a monthly payment from his deceased son. Joe Jackson has been seen several times during the last three months, since the untimely death of the King of Pop, asking that he too be paid a monthly sum from the estate.

The attorneys in the case state that while there are directions that the estate pay Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, and his children, as well as charities that he directed to be given cash, there is no specification that money be given (or not given) to Joe Jackson.

The relationship between Michael Jackson and his father has been regularly reported in the news. Several allegations of child abuse by Joe Jackson had come up before Michael's death. However, Joe Jackson has always denied everything saying that no inappropriate behavior ever occurred.
