American Idol Jordin Sparks recovering from appendicitis: Tells fans she is well on Twitter.com

November 20, 2009 -- Former American Idol contestant Jordin Sparks. now a popular singer rated in the American Top 40, keeps her fans informed about her current medical condition on Twitter.com. Recovering from surgery, Sparks had her the appropriate organ removed after being diagnosed with appendicitis.
“I’m in a great mood except I can’t laugh or cough! Ergh. Rest & movie time,” she wrote on her Twitter account just hours ago on Friday night (November 20).
And what is Jordin doing in the hospital besides resting and recovering?
It appears she is watching a lot of sports on television while wishing she could be out screening the hottest movie currently on the planet: Twilight Saga: New Moon.
While surgery has temporarily slowed down this beloved singer, the minor operation hasn't disrupted her status since Sparks now tops the Billboard Dance Chart with her song S.O.S. (Let The Music Play).
Get well soon, Jordin. Those vampires are waiting.
