The salmonella crisis continues to expand, claiming more victims who've unknowingly eaten tainted products.  Since it seems the product list grows by the day and is now including items that don't even have "peanut" in the name, here is an easy way for you to check products before you purchase them or consume them.

This list is automatically updated by the FDA when more products are added to the recall, so it's an easy way to know for sure if what you're eating is safe.

Dog foods are included, so be sure to check your furry friend's food, treats and toys to be sure they're not on the recall list.

This page will remain active for the duration of the crisis, so click on the title in the "More articles" box to the right and bookmark that page.  Please share it with everyone you care about...we all need to be vigilant where food safety is concerned.
