Borders stores nationwide want to help you and your families celebrate the holiday season. They're offering free storytime events throughout November and December at most of their stores.

The first event is this Saturday, November 14th at 11 a.m. at most Borders stores. (You can find a participating location near you online.) Families can gather for a storytime reading of Fancy Nancy: Splendiferous Christmas.

Kids can also enjoy a coloring activity, a raffle for fun prizes, and a holiday parade around the store. Kids are encouraged to come in their holiday finest -- giving parents a chance to snap seasonal photos.

Guests will also be able to sample drinks -- like hot chocolate for the kids and Peppermint Mocha drinks for grown-ups.

Borders is also hosty a Pajama Party Holiday Storytime for The Polar Express on Saturday, November 21st at 11 a.m.

You can also mark your calendars for the Grinchfest Holiday Storytime on Saturday, December 5th at 11 a.m. and the "Beckett the Bear" Holiday Storytime on Satuday, December 12th at 11 a.m.

Details about these events will be announced at a later date.

Specific activities may vary by store.
