Kelly Monaco burglar sentenced

The man who broke into Kelly Monaco’s Planet Hollywood and Casino Room while she was starring in Peepshow has been sentenced to 12 to 30 months of jail time. He has reportedly already served 138 days of his Sentence.
Merrill Wetter pleaded guilty with no contest after being caught by Surveillance tape. Wetter had to pay Monaco a reported $5,000 restitution fee, a $25 dollar court fee as well as $150 DNA Fee.
Wetter had broken into Kelly Monaco’s Penthouse while Monaco was in the bedroom and had hidden behind the bed at the time of robbery in April 2009. Monaco, best know for her role on General Hospital as well as her Dancing with the Stars win stared in the Vegas show Peepshowfrom February until June 2009.
