Do you want to make fitness fun for your family? Whether you are a beginner or an advanced runner, I think you may enjoy a few activities with the Richmond Hill Roadies. This running club is in Richmond Hill, Georgia and has teamed up with McDonald's to fight obesity.

The first Friday of each month, which began June 5th, there will be a 1 mile and 3 mile walk or run at 6 PM at J.F. Gregory Park.

This Friday Fun Run FREE to everyone and you will receive sports drinks at the end of your walk or run. The other perk to this Friday Fun Run is that everyone receives a ribbon with their time on it.

This activity is fun, you can invite other families to come with you or let your kids each bring a friend. Team up with your family to become active together.

For additional information about the Friday Fun Run, call Tim Fortier: 912-308-5278.
