Virgin Atlantic is celebrating it's 25th year of service

If you've ever taken an International flight, you know the almost unbearable feeling of being stuck in an airline seat for 6 or 7 hours or even longer.  And somehow the person who didn't shower or needs two seats due their large size always seems to end up next to you.  Somehow, Virgin Atlantic has managed to make the long international flights more enjoyable.

Economy Class offers seats with 31" inch pitch and are designed to maximize leg room.  Meals are included as well as non-alcoholic beverages, and, they supply a kit of socks, eye mask and toothpaste and tooth brush.

Unique to Virgin Atlantic, you can upgrade to Premium Economy which offers the comforts of Business Class on other airlines without the steep increase in price.  Premium Economy features that are 21 inches wide and 38 inch pitch give you more personal space and elbow room.  You'll have the choice of three different meals served on china.  And an amenity kit that includes: a toothbrush & toothpaste, eye-shades, a stylish pen, socks and earplugs.

And, of course, there is the ultra luxury Upper Class.  When you fly on Virgin Atlantic's Upper Class your seat converts into a true flat bed.  At 6'6" long (or 6'8" on the upper deck) and a generous 33" wide, you'll wonder why all airlines don't offer this indulgence to their first class/business class passengers. Your Upper Class ticket also offers you access to the Clubhouse at Heathrow; Gatwick; JFK;  Newark;  Washington; San Francisco; Boston; Johannesburg; Tokyo; and Hong Kong airports.  And depending on the type of ticket issued in Upper Class you may be entitled to free limousine transfers.

Virgin Atlantic is currently celebrating it's 25th year in business, and, we have visionary Richard Branson to thank for it.  Virgin Atlantic currently has a sale running with fares to London as low as $218 (one way) for economy class; $462 (one way) for premium economy; and $1259 (one way) for upper class seats.  Please visit Virgin Atlantic the website for terms and conditions.
