Two beautiful shepherds flying over the frozen ground.

While the unseasonably chilly temperatures and uncharacteristically heavy snowfall have thrown many adults for a loop, the dogs of the greater Puget Sound region are having a hay day!

Dogs throughout the area are greeting the freshly fallen snow with the glee of school children. Bounding through snowdrifts with unbridled joy, leaping for snowballs, and wearing snowlaced smiles for all to see.

Just watching the happiness of these dogs brings a smile to the face and reminds us all to live in the moment and let some of the chaos of the holiday season go.  Perhaps we should all watch our furry companions and learn from them as we take a moment to enjoy the picturesque beauty that surrounds us in this wintry wonderland.
