When Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston first split, she said she wanted him to be in their son Tripp's life.  Well, Levi took a few turns in the road that have angered the Palin's and rightly so.

First he trashed his in-laws in a Vanity Fair article and then he decided to accept a nude posing assignment for Playgirl.  I understand, a guy has to make a living. But each time he seems to be chasing headlines. We have heard more from him mouthing off about the Palin's than we have about his affection for his child.  And so now, he wants joint custody.  Levi Johnston to Sue for Joint Custody of Son Tripp
