In the world of love and marriage, inspiration is always a gift.  Perspectives are so important because without changing our perspective we often find ourselves stuck in the same-rut thinking.

It is always helpful to see the world through the eyes of another.  Or as I have found to be so helpful, photographing a room from each corner, then standing in the center of the room and photographing the corners.  What we see each time will amaze us. 

Same goes for hearing from readers and other Examiners.  We have many new writers and I am always pleased to hear from them, and then share their writing and ideas with you. 

Since we have been living under a cloud of betrayal and infidelity, it was good to look back and see some positive relationship steps. Victor commented on this story.  And I know you will want to read his piece on Friends anyone?  And he also pulled together the material on where to find love: Seattle singles scene 101: Is Seattle where the boys are?

Chicago Romance Examiner commented on: Widow discovers her 'Pregnant Man' had 5 mistresses . Yes, it was really a sad story, but moving directly into the upbeat, go to Caroline Marie's The Millionaire Matchmaker has a new dating site. Single women take note!

Kae Davis, our Hollywood Culture Examiner, commented on Andre Agassi: love, marriage, and crystal meth. Yes, the man was using crystal meth and lied about it. And why?  Because he was unsure of his upcoming marriage. One problem may have been that Brooke was always talking about babies and what a terrific father he would be.  Well, babies are not always sweet and cuddley as Kae reported:  Where is Super Nanny when you need her? A faithful commenter, Sandra Holstad, the Miami Relationship Angst Examiner, has some good words and beautiful thoughts in her article called What to do if you or your friend is Whiny the Pooh in which she reminds us "We choose our thoughts. Our thoughts become our habits. Our habits become our character. Our character becomes our destiny."  These words apply to husbands, wives, and lovers as well.  Also in the world of friendship, take a look at  Debbie Puente's Ending a toxic friendship

Yes, I know I have been talking a lot about women's weight and men's reactions, but now that the two of us are on serious "get into shape" campaigns, I will be watching for Wendy's vegetarian recipes and cook book ideas.
