
Jon Gosselin is due to appear in court on December 14th.
Jon Gosselin has been in the media spotlight for a number of things in the past year. Gosselin has been going through a nasty divorce with his estranged wife,Kate Gosselin which has brought allegations of cheating, stealing, and ultimately ended their reality show 'Jon and Kate plus 8.'
Recently Gosselin has been in the news for his legal battles. TLC network has decided to sue Jon Gosselin for breach of contract. TLC claims that Gosselin was paid for television appearances that were not approved by the network, which is against his contract.
This week news broke that TLC's lawyers will depose Jon Gosselin's girlfriend Hailey Glassman, former friend and Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael Lohan, along with Jon's lawyers and his body guard. These witnesses will be under oath and will be expected to give details of Jon's paid appearances.
A court date has been set for December 14th for a preliminary injunction, Jon Gosselin will be expected to appear. The public is wondering who will be representing Gosselin in this case since the Hellers will be deposed, they will not be able to provide their services as lawyers.
