Jon Gosselin to counter sue TLC.

Jon Gosselin plans to counter sue the TLC netowork for $5 million dollars. The reality tv dad who is being sued by TLC for breach of contract will testify in a court room on December 14th. Now, Gosselin and his legal team, Mike and Mark Heller are claiming that Jon Gosselin was not properly represented when he signed the contract with TLC.

Radar Online reports that TLC claims Jon and Kate Gosselin both had legal represention when they signed their contracts and that the contracts where in fact renegotiated several times. TLC is accusing Jon Gosselin of being paid for public appearances with out consent from TLC where he was exclusively employeed.

TLC has deposed some witnessses to testify in court. Including Jon Gosselin's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, Gosselin's body guard, and his former friend Michael Lohan. Lohan has went on the record saying the knows Jon Gosselin was with out a doubt paid for appearances and that the two were working on several projects together.

 TLC had planned to carry on the show with Kate Gosselin and title it  'Kate plus 8' but Jon then denied permission for TLC to film his children, resulting in the end of the show. Read Jon Gosselin wants the cameras off his kids.
