What is the difference between seduction and rape?
That is the question that Alex Da Silva's attorney, Harlan Braun, asked when the So You Think You Can Dance choreographer was arrested for sexual assault last April.
The result? The courts declined to file charges citing a need for more evidence.
This morning Da Silva was arrested again. Apparently the LAPD is confident that this time they'll put the choreographer away for his crimes.
Four women, all dance students, accuse him of raping them after luring them to his bedroom.
The bail is set at an exorbitant 6.2 million dollars. Apparently the judge isn't playing nice this time around.
