OK so maybe this isn't exactly a sex scandal per se. However this is a story of  unintended, indecent exposure.

January 2nd, a 48-year-old male skier had a mishap with Colorado Vail resort's ski-lift that left him dangling in the air with his pants down. His son was left to wait on the lift while workers struggled to rescue the man from his pantsless predicament.

Apparently the incident was due to a problem with the lift's fold down seat which was positioned incorrectly.  The man slipped through the gap and was saved from a snow dive by his ski, which lodged securely against the seat. His foot remained snug in his boot and attached to the ski.

The poor man was left to freeze his butt off for approximately 15-minutes while lift operators reversed the lift and untangled the man.

Fortunately fellow skiiers stood nearby to photograph the entire debacle. Not only for the public's amusement, but this will help the humiliated man achieve a significant settlement.
