Experience Family Play Day at the Hidden Villa this Sunday, October 11, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Los Altos.
Children ages 4 to 8 years and their families can enjoy unstructured play with nature through exploration and discovery.
Activities include:
- Nature inspired art
- Sun catchers
- Leaf prints
- Organic garden children's maze
- Exploration of wild areas
- Story telling and facilitated unstructured play will be presented by Diane and Gwendolyn of Children in Nature. Children in Nature is a nation wide organization dedicated to connecting today's generation of children with nature and the outdoors.
There is a $5.00 parking fee per car and the event is FREE. Registration is required for the Family Play Day at Hidden Villa. Families may register at the Hidden Villa website. Sunday's Hidden Villa getaway provides a fun getaway event in nature for the entire family.
