The AeroPilates Magic Cirlce is 14.75" diameter and features professional grade, nonporous, molded padding. An instructional DVD is included in the box with a workout time of approximately 29 minutes. According to the manufacturer, the Magic Circle  was created by Joseph Pilates to be a versatile exercise aid that can be used anywhere. The rubber-covered resistance ring provides targeted toning to improving muscle strength throughout the body (especially in problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, and chest).

The Magic Circle with workout DVD can be purchased direct from the manufacturer for  $29.99, or for a little bit less at places like Wal-Mart ($27.00).
