Here is another recipe for baked pumpkin seeds.   It's a simple recipe that the entire family can do together.  To make baked pumpkin seeds, you will need:

  • 2 cups washed pumpkin seeds3
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 cookie sheet

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat over to 250.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the seeds, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter and salt.
  3. Spread the seeds on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 90 minutes, or until seeds are golden brown.
