Lisa is a mental health writer and speaker, and a licensed social worker specializing in psychotherapy. She has worked with families, couples, adults, teens and children in her agency and private practices. She has extensive experience in cognitive-behavioral treatment for panic disorder; family systems therapy; and working with family caregivers and the elderly.
