In the second heat of "Let's Dance for Comic Relief," the panel saved Jo Brand who performed to Britney Spears' "...Baby One More Time." Brand would be competing against Blue Peter's "Jailhouse Rock" and Hollyoaks "Footloose" as well as the public's choice Paddy McGuiness and Keith Lemon for their version of "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" from the movie "Dirty Dancing."

McGuinness and Lemon would be the runners up, losing to Robert Webb.

"Let's Dance for Comic Relief" wasn't just about dancing. It was about giving. The relief part of the title was that the celebrities were competing to raise money for the non-profit Comic Relief. The show ran from 21 February 2009 to 14 March 2009.

The format was six comedians or comedic acts recreated a famous dance routine, but gave it a comic twist. Viewers voted during by phone. There were three different heats so the acts weren't competing against each other head to head. Each heat had different guest panelists. One act could be saved by the panel and one act could be eliminated by the panel. The audience vote would take one act forward.
