U.S. Major Nadir Malik Hasan: pre-massacre photo
Associated Press

The nation now knows the name, if not the event, created by Nidal Malik Hasan - but who is this man who single-handledly killed 13 and wounded 29 of his own countrymen?   Information will continue to flow from the family and friends and those who are investigating the tragedy in Killeen, TX yesterday.   In the mean time, take a look at this informative video from CBS news which shares some eye-opening information about the American Muslim soldier who grew increasingly disheartened with the U.S. war in Iraq, as well as his potential role in it.

And for those who would pray:   Dear Lord, thank you for the lives of those who were spared.  Thank you for the years of those who have passed away.   Bring those who are struggling with grief closer to you.  We know that you are near to the broken hearted.   Thank you for that too.   In Jesus name, Amen.
