I know the word cheap sparks a red flag in most people’s minds; however, most of us do not have a thousand dollars to spend on shoes or a jacket, so bargain shopping is a must for most of us. The problem is finding clothes that don’t LOOK cheap. Here is a few stores that carry all of your necessities, and best of all, most things aren’t over $50.

Wetseal – I love this store. I buy stuff there all the time. The great thing about it is that it has all the new clothes and trends (for cheap!) and it also has a few items that are “different”. They have stuff for everyone, no matter what age group or style. They also have everything, from clothes to jackets to shoes to bags and jewelry. Check out wetseal.com to find a store near you, or to shop online. They ship pretty quickly and have amazing sales ($10 shoes, $10 jackets, $20 dresses….) so if you are looking for cute clothes that hold up pretty well, Wetseal is definitely a great place to go.

H&M – Another favorite store. They have one in almost every mall. The one bummer about the place is that it doesn’t have a website where you can shop. They carry designer knock offs for cheap. They also have men’s clothing and children’s clothing, also for cheap. They carry all the season’s hottest looks and trends, always. I can’t walk out of the store without finding an item that I can’t live without.

Charlotte Russe – The clothes range from preppy to business casual, and they are nice and priced really well. Sweaters and most tops are about $12 to $15. The “fashion tops” are little more expensive, about $20, but compared to most other places, that is an amazing deal. “Basics” which are tank tops and thermals and the like are about $7 to $10. If the stuff is already normally that cheap, check out the sales. Check out their website at charloterusse.com.

Urban Outfitters – Some of the stuff can be expensive, but most of it is pretty cheap. And all of it is amazingly pretty. They don’t have just trendy stuff, but lots of very unique fashion-y stuff. I love their graphic tees because they aren’t just plain t-shirts, they are v-necked and long, which looks way better on me and most other people. The sale stuff includes everything; most of it ranges from $10-$20, although some of the fancier stuff is more expensive. However, there are so many items to choose from that you hardly even run into the expensive stuff. They also have shoes and accessories. Their website is urbanoutfitters.com.

Alloy – Alloy is a store for mostly teens since it has cute, colorful teenage-girly things. The deals in the store are pretty good. It has $15 jeans (which is nearly impossible to find) and $8 sweaters and the like. The only thing is the sizes run a little small, so if you buy from there buy one size bigger. Check it out at store.alloy.com.

Express – Also mostly trendy and business casual stuff. Some of the stuff is slightly more expensive, so if you want to splurge a little it’s a great store. If you’re a little pressed but love the style, check out the sales. Check out express.com.
