Find out more about Alex: With a unique opportunity to study right across the Hudson River from Manhattan, Alex Hangland was exposed to numerous examples of news writing. He got his hands on every one of the dozens of different papers that circulate the New York City Metropolitan area. Reading the many different writing styles, he was able to develop his own. As a contributing writer for the Pauw Wow at Saint Peter’s College and as a radio broadcaster at WSPC, Alex has experience in various aspects of the media industry.
