Bill Gates regains title as 'Richest Person in the World'

Forbes has released it's new list of the "Richest People in the World." It was reported that a year ago there were 1,125 billionaires in the world. Now there are 793. That is a 30% decline.
Even with a loss of $18 billion, Bill Gates regained his title as the "Richest Person in the World."
