At first glance, you might think Giles spring 2010 Ready-to-Wear collection from the Paris runway is cute, but take a closer look! What appears to be a delicate floral print and dainty lace might give you the creepy crawlies. The collection offers a subtle nod to the macabre, but done so with contradicting light pastels, cool country day dresses, and sleeveless sheaths. Is this a softer side to edgy subculture? Even with the pale shades, portions of the collection seem more suitable for fall. I think of all those Halloween party invitations, and that uncomfortable polyester costume that's inevitably going to cause a rash. Past regrets for all that heavy, comedogenic make up that will charged a months worth of acne.

Sexy is all the rage in womens Halloween costumes, and every costume boutique has wall after wall of cheap, flimsy, wear 'em once & toss 'em styles to choose from, but you'll pay a minimum of $40 for what likely cost $5 in the making.
Giles spring 2010 collection is costumy in and of inself, so why not be inspired to wear a new kind of Halloween costume?

Giles spring 2010 collection was not entirely made of eight legged prints. Metallic silver and blue, neutrals, corals, tulle skirts, and shift dresses rounded out the collection in a surprisingly innovative, and cohesive way. Fresh colors with a quirky, youthful twist. The designs were simple, but certainly not ordinary.
