You can celebrate Halloween a bit different this year at the 4th Annual Moab Ho-Down Mountain Bike Festival. It takes place (of course) on Halloween weekend from October 30 to November 1. One of the original fat tire festivals in town, the Moab Ho-Down has evolved over the years and now combines the costume parties of Halloween with mountain biking events in Utah's slickrock country.

Presented by Chili Pepper Bike Shop in Moab, the festival features the Dirt Jump Jam, Super D Race, a downhill race, group rides, a movie premiere, and a townie tour. Plus, it wouldn't be Halloween without a massive costume party with live music and pumpkin chuckin'!

Registration costs $45 for participation in all Moab Ho-Down events, but you can choose to pay for individual events as well. Everyone who registers gets a Ho-Down T-shirt out of the deal. To resister or for more information, check out the Moab Ho-Down Festival website at http://moabhodown.chilebikes.com/.
