What's the risk of swine flu in Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara?

The governor of Jalisco, the Mexican state that includes the cities of Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta, said in a press conference Tuesday night, April 28, that there have been no confirmed cases in his state.
 

Governor Emilio Gonzalez said that several suspected swine flu cases in Jalisco have turned out to be the result of a bacterial infection, not a flu virus.

The fears over swine flu have turned the resort town of Puerto Vallarta into a virtual ghost town.  Bars and most restaurants have shut down.   A former Chicago TV reporter who know lives in Puerto Vallarta recently reported on the scene there.  For that story, click here.
